Or  oswork on a skill you want to improve on before the OPEN is upon us in 3 weeks

Then complete 3-4 rds of :

250m row/ ski/ /500m bike

10 devils press ( light : to practice skill, consult coach) 10 kettlebell goblet squats
15 GHD or :45 hollow hold
