0 – 2 minute 400m run/ 500m row

2 – 4 minute 30 wall balls 

4 – 6 minute 400m run/500m row

6 – 8 minute 10 -15  strict pull ups or banded 

8 – 10 minute 10 -15 burpee box jump overs
