A Membership for Mental Health

People are often surprised by my decision to spend a relatively large sum of money each month “just to go to the gym.” There are plenty of explanations for why it’s worth the money. CrossFit is the best workout I’ve ever gotten. Also, I don’t have to plan anything. All I have to do is show up and do what I’m told, and I’ll see and feel results. Every 2 min for 12 min
3 position snatch
-High hang+above the knee+from ground
*Each snatch will be a full squat

Every 2 min for 10 min
2 strict press+3 push press
(challenging weight, something heavier than last week)

3X14 Pistols

2X50′ Inch worm push up
