Our Thanksgiving week hours are as follows: Thanksgiving day-closed, Friday-open gym at 9 and 10am only. Saturday, 25th is our annual “Turkey Throwdown” competition!

Every 2 min for 10 min 5 sets

2 strict rep+4 push press( build up)

Record weight, next week will be similar with the goal of getting heavier.

50/35 pound Dumbbell hang squat  clean , 10 reps

35 double unders

50/35 pound Dumbbell push jerks 10 reps

Goal is to get 3-5 rounds depending on your skill level.
