Reminder** Due to some construction/ updates to the building we will be closed August 22-28. We will be meeting at Franklin Park for some fun activities.

Saturday 9am , 10 am
1 min sled drag,
1 min sit-ups,
1 min mountain climbers,
1 min air squats
1 min push ups
1 min rest
followed by hollow hold 20 sec on 20 sec off for 8 rounds
