Just want to say thanks to everyone that has been posting their workout results on the “leave a reply” section. Also a good number of you have sent us the information we requested last Friday ,thanks.
I would also like to recognize Lindsay Sinnes today. She entered a competition on her own outside the gym. I don’t know all the details but I do know that she won it. For the last year or so Lindsay has been dedicated to making a change. Not only a change in herself but in the life of others. It has been inspiring to see her grow into this strong confident individual. Congratulations Lindsay and thanks for helping us remember that hard work pays off. Here is a picture of her progress in the last couple months. For some of us, we might say. Look at her she was already ripped… Like I said. This is only progress from the last couple months. Lindsay has been dedicated to her nutrition and exercise for a while now.
Thursday’s are a scheduled recovery day. Not everyone is following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule(yet). A lot of you guys are doing 2 times a week, some 3. So you ask yourself if Thursday is a scheduled recovery day what will I be doing? You can make up one of the workouts that was programmed during the week. For those that will be coming in you can either make up a workout you missed, or work on any skill you feel needs improvement . Feel free to ask questions, work on technique…. If you are following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, and come in I recommend to do something light and work on mechanics of the movements. Active recovery of some sort, mobility work is good.
