Good job this week! We are going into our test week starting Monday. For those that have been following its time to test all our hard work from the past 6 weeks! For those that started in the middle of it we will establish numbers that you can use in the future. It’s important that you recover properly and are physically and mentally ready.

10 Minutes on the airdyne, or slow 1000m-1500m row. It’s really important to flush the legs out to be able to test next week. Do some mobility/roll out/lacrosse ball.
