A lot of good numbers this week! Good job everyone. I have received some of your PR videos. If you have a video from this week not necessarily a PR please email them to mramos@crossfitreformation.com. If you have not posted your numbers to the blog please do so, especially your 1RM.

Prep Work:

Push Press or Push Jerk

4 x 7

Build up to the weight you will be using for the workout

Conditioning:

20 Shoulder to over head
5 burpees
20 Sit ups

15 Shoulder to over head
10 burpees
20 sit ups

10 Shoulder to over head
15 burpees
20 sit ups

5 Shoulder to over head
20 burpees
20 sit ups.

*If you are push jerking don’t go heavier than 155/105
*If you are push pressing don’t go heavier than 135/95
*Bar starts from the ground
* If you have a push jerk that is the preferred method

– Post time and weight used to comments

Cool Down:

Mobility/ foam roller/ lacrosse ball

    we are taking up donations for gabe. He bruised his chest doing today’s work out. He won’t stop complaining. We take donations in tissues, band aids and baby wipes. Anything to help him get through this difficult time.
