Prep work:
400m run

2rounds of
25ft broad jumps
3 wall walks

Conditioning:

Death by burpees.
At the start of the clock you will perform one burpee. At the start of the next min you will perform 2 burpees. Add an additional rep for each continuing minute.

-Post score to comments.

After finishing the “death by” you will perform a 5 min Row for calories. Keep track if your calories.

    Got some nice solid advice to improve my calorie count on the rower 🙂

    Also, now I am sitting at work with burpee lung. So thanks for that.
