30 sec single skip jump rope
10 rdl snatch pulls

WOD:

11.1 open
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches
75/55 cap

Post rounds plus reps to comments.

Rest 5 min

Then
50 step ups
Not for time just moving

Cool down:
1k row
Mobility!

    Did 4 rounds +30 singles. I think I had memory lapse, because I only did 10 snatches each round. Keeping track of 90 singles may have threw me off. Oh well, I pushed hard

    4+30 double unders …not really happy with this…my double unders are inefficient because I tense up so much…my wonderful hubby reminded me that there was a point in time I could not do a single double under 🙂 My glutes are still sore from Saturday and my triceps are starting to get sore.

    5 rounds and 30DUs 9 snatches. I am sore as hell from Saturday and Mondays wods and today’s wod just add it more to the soreness….!! Tomorrow is going to be a challenge!!

    5 rounds+6 (didn’t really count because after coming home and rethinking the workout out I’m sure I did 10 power snatch’s per round instead of 15! and YES this is even after verifying 15 seconds before we started! UGGGG, only hurt myself! :}
