Team stretch

WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20/14 lbs to 10′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

Scale accordingly.

    10 sets of 15…stuck to my plan and it worked for once.

    Came off the wall at 8:08

    Did 90 double unders

    Then 3or4 chest 2 bar pull-ups

    Need to get better at doubles…just to inefficient.

    I was just going for at least to pass over 100 wall balls.. Did 5 and 5 after I got to 50. When I got to 125 wall balls ooohh i was happy… Lol I finish the wall balls like around 10ish, hurry through the double unders. I got 4 pull ups. 🙂
