So we have talked about it and I just want to let everyone know that starting in November we will start offering a 9am class.

Also we will have some winter gear along with hats coming soon.

For those that are attending the clinic tomorrow and still plan on working out we recommend you do the 9am or 10am.

    Thanks for putting on the Kipping Clinic. It was a great introduction on the proper techniques of Kipping. I am excited to see my progress. the coaches at Crossfit Reforamtion are great and truly want to see everyone imporve at their own pace.
