So we will not be having an Intro Class this Saturday at 8am, instead we will be having an Olympic Lifting Class. If you plan on coming please make sure that you RSVP.

Prep Work:

Tall Box jump…This can be a box it can be plates it can be anything.

Max Distance broad jump

Take 15 min to find both of these.

*Notice the box jump is not a max….DO NOT HURT YOUR SELF, IF YOU GUYS WOULD LIKE TO SEE IMAGES OF WHAT CAN GO WRONG ASK BRENDEN.

    Did 24″ box jumps, 1st time. Between 6.5-7′ broad jump. Wod was 11:07. Might have pushed the pace on the row to much, but I knew my hands were going to have a rough time on the on the pullups. All and all good day

    30 inch Box Jumps. Broad jump not so good. Probably 5-6 feet. (I guess)
    WOD 9:02 Not sure what I could of done different. Row was about 3:40ish. Thurster 15,10,10,5,10. Pulls Ups
    15,5,5,1,.2,2
    Jackie was actually pretty fun!

    I think I got above 22 inches on the box jumps. Broad jump was around 5 feet. WOD: 13:50. It was a tough one, but it felt good.

    Took it easy on the Box Jumps did 30″+3 of the thicker 45’s
    Did one jump it was a board and a half my feet
    WOD- 6:58(3:22 row, then 20,10,20 thrusters and 10,5,5,5,2,2,1 pullups)

    Box jumps: 30″ box 25lb and 10lb plates. The wod was wow, legs and shoulders burnout. Not too sure about the time 10:50, I did a few extras… Lol

    24″ box jump (first time doing that height!) and then went to 24″ + 10lb plate and got it a few times! Felt good.

    Broad jump= cleared full length of black mat– length I don’t know… At least 5ft?

    WOD: got Jackie in 12:52. Kept good pace through row and thrusters, pull ups killed me!
