    Tempo squats 135, 165, 205. They felt good but the bottom hold felt like eternity.

    Wod was 44 kb. It was a tough, but good workout.

    165 squat. Last rnd needed min assist by brenden because I got caught mid squat my quads just needed that little help. 26lb kb 1st round. 3rd and 4th rd 35lb. 4th rnd had to set kb down after cleans. Then finished last 5 jerks. 30 cal 1:58sec airdine.
