20 Double unders Unbroken-If Broken penalty will be an additional 15 Double unders to total it up at 35

    Good Friday 5am WOD!
    Felt good after a rest day.
    WOD: 6+18 1st round was 60KB. Round 2-6 70KB. Wall balls are never fun, but good to do them & My double unders still need some work. Trying to keep up with Ivan, Dirk and Cory!
    Oh and who’s the new coach that showed up today.???

    Felt good today. Did 4+11 used 62# KB and 20# WB. My rope jumping is coming along 100 singles is a lot. I was able to string a few double unders together, so that is progress. The planks and hollow holds were tough today. Ran a mile with Dirk afterwards, almost talked Berno into it. Good class!

    Ooooooohhhhhweeeeee!!! Good stuff!!! 6 rounds +15 44#KB 14# Wall ball and I did all singles.. I definitely need to work on double unders.. still very new to me but that was a whole lot o’ singles!
