    I think my lungs … no I know why my lungs are raspy. Don’t think clients appreciated it, good one this morning. 13:55.

    Considering I felt nauseous just reading the workout, it wasn’t QUITE as bad as a expected. Still hard though. 20:24 #45 thrusters.

    18:20, 55lb… I was trying to keep up with Tanya and Rachel on the run. Lol yeah that didn’t happen. My first two sets of thrusters were unbroken, 3rd round I did 10, 10, 4rd round 10,5,5….
