Today we will be doing our first Hero workout. A hero workout is a workout in honor of a fallen soldier. Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.

Run the KB Rack
Start at the smallest Double kbs and get 5 Strict shoulder presses. After 5 progress to the next size bells, Go as high as you can.
