Reminder this Saturday we will NOT have an intro class at 8. Also this Saturday we will be having a FREE nutrition class at 11am, so no 11 or noon class.

Prep work:
Squat and walk 50Ft
10 Jumping pull ups

WOD:

13 Min EMOM
6 wall balls
12 T2B
6 Box Jumps

Then

500M row for time

Cool Down:
40 BackWards roll-kick (hamstring mobility)

    Only got through 5 rounds. T2b were tough today, my hands feel toast from Monday’s workout. The 500 meter row 1:29.1, my best time by several seconds. It wiped me out though. Good class

    I got through the 1st 3 rounds in the 1 minute mark. Ended up with 7+ rounds. I had to slow down on my Wall Balls & Box Jumps. Back was getting tight.
    Row : 500 M row. 2:05. I stopped at 300 meters. Then finished. Just trying to get back into it slowly.
    Good work 5am crew!
