Are you giving your very best? I challenge you to ask yourself that question, not only  in your workouts but apply this to everyday life.  This video is a good example of what we can accomplish when we put our best foot forward and keep moving step by step in the right direction.




Thursday’s are a scheduled recovery day. Not everyone is following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule(yet). A lot of you guys are doing 2 times a week, some 3. So you ask yourself if Thursday is a scheduled recovery day what will I be doing? You can make up one of the workouts that was programmed during the week. For those that will be coming in you can either make up a workout you missed, or work on any skill you feel needs improvement . Feel free to ask questions, work on technique…. If you are following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, and come in I recommend to do something light and work on mechanics of the movements. Active recovery of some sort, mobility work is good.

    I did Weds WOD. Power clean 3×105. Push jerks @ 85 could’ve gone heavier. My head finally figured out push jerks, I’m so happy!! Struggled with rope climbs, one of these days I will make it up that rope.

    So I haven’t recorded my stuff in awhile…don’t lose your mullet Brenden.

    So 20rm back squat…why? Because Merica that’s why 🙂
    185 x 20…10 pound pr from my last. Tanya insisted that I do more…my legs felt differently.

    I did 50 double unders -5 rope climbs 30 double -3rope climbs then I decided I was done. My wrist has been giving a lot of trouble. Supposed to see the doc tomorrow and hopefully on the road getting it back to normal.
