Prep Work:

3 Rounds
7 wall facing squats
10 banded dislocate with a lunge

Conditioning

4 Rounds

4 minute time cap for each round.
250m Row
Max wall balls in the minutes remaining

– Rest 2 minutes between rounds

-Post number of wall balls per round to comment.

Cool Down:
Mobility/foam roller/ lacrosse ball

    44, 45, 42, 50. Using 12lb ball. Pushed my hardest on the last round, had to beat the rest. Glad I did, made me feel great!

    60-51-41-41 with a 14lb ball…felt pretty close to vomiting a few times. Got to workout with Heather D which was awesome. Brenden didn’t let us rest very long when we would drop our balls. Thanks for the push Brenden 🙂

    20 lb. ball. Maybe 48, maybe 33, maybe 27, and maybe 34. I don’t really remember. I was barely standing up right, so my memory is a little fuzzy, did I even finish lol

    36, 32, 25, 27 – 20lb ball – First go at Wall balls, much more difficult than I expected. I could’ve pushed a bit harder on sets 3 & 4 but I struggled to find and stay in a good rythem/form.

    I don’t remover the exact numbers. Lol 14lb ball, 52, 43, 37, 37. I try to hit high up but man wall balls not my thing…:) awesome workout thou!
